Artist's Description
strange. Captured this bird in the creek of city Enkoeping (enkoping), Sweden a summer day on august. At a first sight it seems to be blue and likes a dove, but a well swimming dove?. At a closer look it seems more to be a mandarin duck with wrong colours. However on the back there is a hint of of the wright colours. This image was captured on August 13, 2018 using a Canon 5DSR.

About Leif Sohlman
Biography Leif Sohlman was born in Enkoeping (Enkoping) Sweden. He lived in the city until an age of 4 years when he moved to city Stockholm, capital city of Sweden, where he went to school and graduated as engineer in telecommunication techniques. Thereafter he was employed in Swedish telecom until retirement dealing with technical issues. After retirement he moved back to city Enkoeping. After his mother's death he began to photograph and also enhance photos with some artistic attempts. Now he is trying to learn to make digital paintings as a complement to photgraphy.
