Demon, dark butterly sitting on top of a thistle plant. The plant and background are light and the insect dark. The eyes of the butterfly are big and dark as a demon might be seen. It is looking down ready to attack. This image was taken on August 9, 2015 using a Canon 5D mk III.

About Leif Sohlman
Biography Leif Sohlman was born in Enkoeping (Enkoping) Sweden. He lived in the city until an age of 4 years when he moved to city Stockholm, capital city of Sweden, where he went to school and graduated as engineer in telecommunication techniques. Thereafter he was employed in Swedish telecom until retirement dealing with technical issues. After retirement he moved back to city Enkoeping. After his mother's death he began to photograph and also enhance photos with some artistic attempts. Now he is trying to learn to make digital paintings as a complement to photgraphy.
